Getting started
1. Secure your account
Staff accounts must use two-step verification. The first time you sign in, you'll be asked to set it up with an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or 1Password. You can also add a passkey, so you can sign in with your phone's fingerprint or face unlock.
2. Add your business details
Go to Settings → Organisation and enter your legal and trading names, address, logo and certificate wording. These details appear on certificates, registers and invoices.
3. Bring in your records
You have three ways to start:
- Import from your tester. On Import, upload a KewPAT export or a CSV from your tester's PC software. See Importing from your tester.
- Add records by hand. Add clients and sites, then appliances, and record tests on the appliance page.
- Mix both. Imports match existing clients by name, and appliances by asset ID at each site.
4. Invite your team
On Settings → Team, invite office staff and engineers. See Team and roles.
5. Choose your retest intervals
Under Settings → Organisation, set your default retest interval and any overrides by equipment type or environment. The dashboard then shows what's due and overdue.
